Buffalo Insulation Discs (“Insudiscs”) are particularly suited to applications where the insulating properties and mechanical strength of nylon are required alongside metal fixings. They are ideal where thermal or electrical separation is important, helping to reduce conductivity while maintaining structural integrity. Insudiscs can also be used seamlessly with Buffalo Bolts or nylon threaded rod, offering flexibility across a wide range of installation requirements.

The Insudisc base provides strong and stable support for ceiling and wall panels, featuring the same outside diameter as Bluemay’s standard load-spreading washers for consistent coverage and performance. A recessed cavity accommodates a metal nut and washer, allowing the use of insulating mastic where required to enhance sealing and insulation properties.

The assembly is completed with a precision-fit plug, creating a neat, hygienic and easy-to-clean finish.
