Stainless Steel Insert Moulding
Buffalo Insucaps incorporate an M8, M10, or M12 A2 stainless steel DIN 934 hexagonal nut that is permanently insert moulded into the nylon body during manufacture. This process creates a strong mechanical bond between the metal insert and the moulding, ensuring reliable performance throughout the product's service life.
Corrosion Resistance

Tested Mechanical Performance

Testing was completed across all three product sizes (M8, M10, and M12) to a minimum force of 450kg, with no failures or performance concerns recorded during assessment.
